Conditions for Cancellation 

  • Orders are eligible for cancellation only if they have not yet entered the processing or shipment stage. 
  • Custom-built or specially personalized products are ineligible for cancellation once manufacturing begins. 
  • You may check the current status of your order via your Wearvybe account or by contacting customer service. 
  • Once the product is packed or handed over to our delivery partner, it cannot be canceled. Alternative assistance may be provided in such cases. 

When to Request a Cancellation 

  • Cancellations must be submitted before the order enters the packaging or delivery phase. 
  • Orders cannot be canceled once the shipping process has started. 
  • Please note that during holiday seasons or special offers, cancellation deadlines may vary. Any deviations will be mentioned at the time of purchase. 

Steps to Cancel Your Order 

To cancel an eligible order, kindly follow the process below: 

  • Log in to your Wearvybe account. 
  • Go to the ‘Orders’ section. 
  • Find the order you would like to cancel. 
  • Click on ‘Cancel’ and complete the steps as directed. 
  • If you encounter any difficulties during this process, please connect with our support team for guidance.  

Refunds Following Cancellation 

Once your cancellation request is reviewed and accepted: 

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. 
  • Typically, refunds are completed within 5 to 7 business days. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. 
  • If the refund does not reflect within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance. 

Orders That Are Non-Cancellable 

Cancellations are not permitted for the following order types: 

  • Personalized or made-to-order products after production has begun. 
  • Orders that have already entered the packaging or dispatch stage. 
  • Items marked as final sale or tagged non-cancellable during purchase, as noted clearly during checkout.

Primebyte Solutions reserves the right to revise or update this policy at its discretion and without prior notice. If any order is flagged for potential violation of terms or appears fraudulent, Wearvybe reserves the right to cancel the order. In any case of conflict or dispute, the version of this policy most recently posted on our official site will apply.
